Substance Use Declaration

1. Research use only

All material submitted to Verdica Labs is treated as a research sample. Nothing on this site, in a certificate, or in our correspondence constitutes medical advice, a dosage recommendation, or a statement that any substance is safe for human or veterinary use.

2. What we will not accept

We do not accept controlled substances, prescription medicines diverted from lawful supply, biological fluids, human or animal tissue, or any sample intended for administration to a person or animal.

3. What a result is not

A published result is a measurement of one sample at one point in time. It is not an endorsement of a supplier, a certification of a product line, and not a statement of legality, safety, efficacy or suitability for any purpose.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that possession, transport and testing of your sample is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may ask for a declaration of contents before testing and may decline any sample without explanation.

5. Reporting

We may report suspected controlled substances or other unlawful material to the relevant authority where required by law.
